Hello! My name is Jessica Higley. I run Infant Swim Peoria in Peoria, Arizona. My husband and two daughters proudly support me and my passion for drowning prevention and teaching children life-saving aquatic skills. I am so blessed to share ISR's mission of "not one more child drowns" and help educate the families in my community.

As an Arizona native, I was taught to swim at an early age. After my family moved to a new home with a pool I thought very seriously about swimming lessons for my girls. Without hesitation I enrolled my daughter in the Infant Swimming Resource program with a local instructor. I didn't know what to expect, but I was more than impressed with the program. In fact, I believe in the program so strongly that I decided to become a Certified Instructor myself!

The children I teach motivate me to be the best Instructor I can be. The confidence and pride instilled in these children as they learn the skills is amazing to watch. The appreciation and joy exhibited by their parents is equally incredible.  I am so happy to be able to make a difference in these families’ lives. I hope to get the opportunity to make a difference in your child’s life.
